Cabo is My Spot!!

Hello Sunshines~

I’m telling you, Cabo is my spot!  I’ve been a few times and could go again, and again and ..well you get it.  You can take this trip with your friends, family, or make it a Baecation! Whatever you do, go with people you enjoy being around.

Where to stay – If you are looking for comparisons on resorts I am not a good resource.  Why not? Because I have only stayed at the Sheraton Hacienda Del Mar Resort.  This resort, situated right on the beach, has everything you need. Great Food at the many restaurants, activities for good Fun, and an extremely helpful staff who will help you with just about all of your needs.  Sometimes you like what you like.

What to Do – There are many excursions like any vacation spot so if you want to ride ATVs, take a sunset cruise, and the like they are available.  As usual you will be bombarded with options to take a timeshare tours for discount or free excursions.  If you have time, it’s not a bad option to save some $.

  • I would recommend going to Cabo Wabo Cantina if you want to dance.  Some of the restaurants downtown also turn into night clubs after hours and can be a blast.
  • El Arco de Cabo is a must see.  It’s a distinctive rock formation marking the spot where the Pacific Ocean meets the Sea of Cortez at the southern tip of Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.  You can only get there by boat and when you get to the marina there will be plenty of boat operators offering to take you to the Arch.  Feel free to negotiate the rate.
  • Get some sun on the beach!  The water at the Sheraton is not swimmable so feel free to put your toes in the sand, enjoy the sounds of the waves crashing, meditate, read a book, listen to some tunes, and enjoy a beverage.
  • Watch the sunrise!  I love watching the sunrise wherever I go.  For me it signifies no matter what happened throughout my day there is a new beginning with the rising of the sun.
